How Tolvixa works
A concise guide to the account, marketplace, vendor, affiliate, download and notification flows currently implemented in Tolvixa.
Accounts and roles
- • One Tolvixa account can buy products, promote as an affiliate, and apply to sell as a vendor.
- • Vendor access requires an approved vendor profile. Affiliate tools are available from the Affiliate Center.
- • Account membership does not require a recurring Tolvixa membership subscription.
Buying and downloads
- • Only approved and published products appear in the public marketplace.
- • Digital downloads require a paid order for the same product and a file that has passed the security scan.
- • Payment-provider checkout is enabled only after the selected production provider is securely configured.
Vendors
- • Create products in Vendor Center, upload product files, and submit clean files for moderation.
- • Files remain quarantined until scanning is complete. Unsafe or unscanned assets cannot be approved for public download.
- • Edit your public vendor details from Vendor Center → Edit profile.
Affiliates
- • Create multiple tracking links per product with a campaign name and Sub-ID.
- • Valid attribution uses an active tracking click and preserves its Sub-ID on the order.
- • Commission availability follows the current seven-day holding policy and refunds or chargebacks reverse affected commissions.
Notifications and launches
- • Follow approved vendors to receive eligible new-product alerts.
- • Notification settings control in-app and verified-email channels.
- • Launch Calendar lists approved published products and can be filtered by category or followed vendors.
